Tax and payment planning for an e-commerce store
An international online store (e-commerce, dropshipping) selling to the US, EU and Australia, run by a Ukrainian resident with turnover of $5–15M, faced blocked PayPal/Stripe payments for Ukrainian companies, the absence of a tax-optimisation model and difficulties withdrawing income legally.
We designed a structure using several jurisdictions:

Estonia: for simplified company registration and access to PayPal/Stripe.

USA (Delaware LLC): for working with American clients.

UAE: a holding company for tax optimisation and profit protection.
We built a payment infrastructure that enables legal income withdrawal, tax optimisation and business scaling without the risk of freezes.
